My Crochet Story
Crochet has been a thread weaving through my life since I was 10 years old. Back then, it was a pastime I enjoyed from time to time, keeping my hands busy and my mind curious. However, it wasn’t until a decade ago that crochet took on a deeper meaning for me—a transformation sparked by the joyful news that I was going to become a grandmother.
The Birth of Nana Bean’s Stuffies
As soon as I learned about my grandson's impending arrival, my heart was filled with anticipation and love. I wanted to gift him something that would carry a piece of me, something soft and comforting for his earliest days. That’s when the idea took root: I would crochet a collection of “stuffies”—adorable, cuddly creatures crafted with care and intention.
Fifty stuffies later, I had not only surrounded my grandson with handmade treasures but also rekindled my passion for crochet in an entirely new way. Each stuffie was a testament to patience, creativity, and a grandmother’s love, and with every stitch, my connection to this craft grew stronger.

Welcome to our crochet shop! Here, you'll find a delightful range of crocheted items, primarily crafted from durable acrylic yarn, with charming housewares made from cotton yarn. For our baby items, we use extra soft baby acrylic to ensure comfort. Please note that while we use crochet safety eyes in stuffies, we cannot guarantee they will not come loose, so we advise caution when purchasing for young children.
